Suddenly Spring Challenge

Suddenly Spring ChallengeMichelle Mach is sponsoring another challenge!  This time all
you need to do is take an inexpensive, ready-made piece of jewelry and improve it.  I commented on her blog that I purchased the same bracelets, though in different colors.  Recently, one of them broke, and I thought what should I do with these beads now?  Although, I won't directly participate in the challenge, I will attempt to do something with the bracelet that broke.

Snowflake Challenge Wrap-Up

I had a wonderful time with this challenge and want to thank Michelle Mach for hosting the Secret Snowflake Challenge.  I'd also like to thank everyone for all of the comments about the necklace.

This challenge featured beautiful handmade porcelain pieces by Chinook Jewelry, along with pewter daisy spacers, Czech glass in a variety of shapes, snowflake-shaped sequins, a few button pearls, a star-shaped silver-plated spacer, some white organza ribbon, and a wavy, silver-plated ring.
I had a wonderful time with the Challenge Blog Hop, and I learned a few techniques that I may use in the future.  There are a lot of talented beaders out there so check out the links to their blogs in a previous post.

Finally finished earrings to match the necklace....
