Me, A Nina Designs Blog Partner!

Last month I received notification that I was chosen to be Nina Designs blog partner! What does that entail? Well DeAnna Srock sent me a goodie bag of components from Nina Designs, and I am tasked with making whatever I want with them and then blogging about what I make. How cool is that? First, I made earrings.... Natural bronze, hammer finished earring hooks, Nina Designs Lampwork beads by Carolyn Harman, MVLBA Made with the bronze abstract links, Nina Designs Lampwork beads by Carolyn Harmon, MVLBA Then I wanted to make necklaces with the pendants, but I will have to post them later this week. Don't forget to stop by the Nina Designs Blog to see what the other blog partners designed with their bag of goodies! Items that arrived in the goodie bag from Nina Designs: UL733- http://www.ninadesigns.com/bali_bead_shop/wide_deer_hide_leather_cord_wine/ul733/details VNA1098- http://www.ninadesigns.com/bali_bead_shop/large_natural_bronze_bird_festoon_penda...

Seasons Blog Hop Reveal!

Lisa Lodge of  A Grateful Artist Blog  has hosted many blog hops .  I was lucky enough to get in at the last minute to sign up for the  Season’s Blog Hop.     Each participant ordered kits that were put together by Lisa.  The kits are all different and the rules are to make something with the beads and findings you receive.  My kit was all pinks and greens which reminded me of spring and flowers.   I made a necklace and earrings.  I made a two-sided pendant, but realized I could only photo one side because the bird pendant only had one side.  My apologies for the delay in posting, but sometimes family life takes up more of my time than beading (and I wouldn't have it any other way!) Love Birds...... Before I sign off, please visit the other pages for more wonderful designs.  Thank you Lisa for hosting the Season's Blog Hop as well as the Giveaway! Of course there is a  giveaway !  Just...
